I have never seen any doctor like Dr. Swapnil Agrawal.I would certainly recommend this doctor for all psychiatric disorders and mood related problems. He is god gifted to Jabalpur excellent understanding excellent patience excellent treatment Except Recepnist she is very rude, arrogant and uneducated girl . I recommended to change your Recepnist for better service specially the girl is working at evening time is very rude It seems that she is a doctor herself.
I booked an appointment in katni and when I reached their the place was closed then i call the receptionist she said i didn't book your appointment it was your fault you should mention your city (which I did btw ) she was very very rude to me ,she didn't even apologize, and disconnect the call i waited their so long calling her but she didn't answer my call . I came from my Village just for this my experience was horrible . I don't know about this doctor bcoz i didn't get to meet him but you are a psychotherapist you should hire the staff who can atleast talk nicely and provide real information.

I am from Katni and I booked an appointment And the receptionist said that come on 6 PM and we go from Katni to Jabalpur at 6 PM travelling hundred kilometre. As we reached there they said he will not meet today. He will meet once in a month and then I asked then why you said that come at 6 so she said that we say come at 6pm to everyone because there are too many phone calls every day and start bullying us And I forgot to mention that that receptionist was from Katni Hated the experience, don't to go by mistake
