Terrible customer service over the telephone. I would not recommend. REPLY: The initial contact with you is bad customer service. You didn't call me back and you didn't reply to my message. That is poor service. I don't have to be a patient in order to comment. You managed to reply quickly on google shame you couldn't reply to my questions on whatsapp. You have actually lost a potential client.

The waiting and no appointment made Me give the clinic 1 star earlier. But the doc really takes time and gives genuine advice. She knows her work well and all her recommendations have been working. It'd be great if there could be better time management but in terms of consulting, she really good.

I had taken four sessions of hydra facials and carbon facials from mam. The service given to me was superb. In first sitting itself I could see an improvement in the texture of my skin which definitely improved further on as the sessions progressed and I must say I had taken some of such facials from some other salons and some clinics earlier in Delhi and Mumbai but the results in 4 sessions were in no way closer to what I took here and I am absolutely feeling great about my skin and I must thank Mam and her staff for the wonderful service given to me!

I had severe in grow nail infection with pus formation on my toe nail. I had taken repeated antibiotics course and also took ayurvedic treatment but nothing seems to be working for me as, I was, diabetic . Someone in my family mentioned about dr suruchi puri in delhi so i came all the way from Punjab just to meet her. She said since I am under antibiotic coverage so we can immediately plan for surgery. She got my blood sugar level checked and next day took me for surgery. Now after 6 months my nail is well formed and i did not get infection after the surgery. A big relief for me and i am thankful to the dr and team. She is a very dedicated dr and i am now following whatever way she told to stop the infection recurrence.All respect for you mam. I m not saying that drs who treated me earlier were not good but she is the best.

We went to see Dr.SuruchiPuri skin clinic at janak puri New Delhi approximately 2 weeks ago. She quickly diagnosed the issue and patiently made us understand the treatment process. A few days later, we went there and got the procedure done which was smooth and painless! Throughout the process, she was trying to calm the patient down and made her feel confident. And she took all kind of precautions even though it was just a small procedural removal. She is a friendly doctor and I would really recommend everyone out there to visit her for any kind of Skin/Hair related issues.

Went for first time to remove mole on my neck. I m really impressed by work and it took fraction of seconds and work was done... Morover she is very genuine and staff is also good.

I got my Warts at thumb removed by dr . As rightly pointed she did a very good job and Infact removed all the warts from the base and root . Dressing was done and no bleeding was there during the procedure . I just felt the pinch of needle when local anaesthesia was given but after that everything was very smooth and I felt very comfortable during the procedure .

I had Melasma on my face for many years. Mam prescribed me certain medications after which it's way better. I will follow Mam's advice so that it doesn't come back again. Thank you so much mam
