No special consideration for patients who are really old and unwell. If you are in a situation that you cannot even walk, still you have to take a token and wait here.

Its been 9 years since i checked my mother in law here. In the last two consulting time i had faced problems from the front desk.Espicially the lady manager and the cashier from the reception. They doesn't know how to handle the customers. Never recommend others.

I was diabetic since 14 years , it was not getting controlled, I visited the clinic 15 days back for 1st time but within this short time my sugar level come down from 650 to 200 , i consulted many doctors but my sugar level was not in control , i recommended this hospital to many people Personally I am fully satisfied Thank u doctor and staffs

This review is just to bring something important to the notice of the patients who visit this clinic and the authorities themselves. We take my grandmother to this nice clinic very close to our home and the service have been quite OK. But what really struck me to surprise was the way the staff asks for the patient/accompanying person's phone and without even asking permission or consent, they access the browser or the YouTube to rate (5 stars, well self review!!) or subscribe the doctor's channel. This is borderline infringement of privacy and mere fraud in a sense, because the 5 stars are given by themselves to themselves. As an organisation thats meant for patient service, this is quite misleading and unexpected to the patients! And I need to add that as in the reply from the clinic, its not like the staff asks if you need help or not. They just ask for your phone and then without even mentioning what they are doing in it, they subscribe and give the review themselves. Please do not cover up with nice reply, rather please try to ask the people for their consent

I never thought that i can change my level to present condition before i met Dr Suresh Kumar. I followed his intruction completely and now am fully satisfied with my condition. I got this much confidence only after i met Dr suresh kumar and really thankful.

Am so happy and satisfied with the treatment of Dr. Suresh Kumar. The most exciting part is my HbA1C level reduced to 5.9 from 10.8.

I am a patient with dr suresh for last 12 years and now 83 years old and I have no serious complications the new premises@ thondayad is realy modern and when I come to the hospital I feel so happy instead of depression I felt in the earlier days..this is a refreshing place for diabetes patient and we all thank Dr sureh for the hospital wish all the best
