Doctor must educate all the People inside Pharmacy.They have no idea how to talk to a patient. They must talk polite. Without patients they are nothing. Even good doctors with such idiotic support staffs spoil their name themselves. Please educate the rude staffs. Please change all those staffs.

Worst experience faced Tried booking appointment since three days one day doctor was in leave second day called them staff carelessly said appointment is full Third day called them by 1 in the afternoon they said to call by 5 Ive called them in evening no body responded to the call for atleast 15 mins not having a curtsey to call back then I've called them again they rudely said appointment is full Very pathetic attitude and ut most carelessness from the staff as like we are getting treatment for free Kindly look into this or less you will be loosing loyal customer

I just now called for the appointment to the clinic number, doc is too sweet to attend the call nd she sent me the clinic number i don't know the name of the staff who attend the cl she is so rude just for asking the time for the appointment better post a better person with gud communication skills for handling the patient . I have gone through every comments was about the staff pls check who is that and change her immediately.

I wasn't satisfied with their treatment. I was diagnosed wrongly all the time i went to her and got wrong medications every time. Finally after months of useless treatment from her side, i went to a different clinic to know the exact cause of my skin condition and received treatment. She kept me blinded thorougout the treatment procedure about my condition and prescribed treatment for a fungal infection. Horrible experience being in her treatment.

Doctor is very careless person, second time I said it's become allergy fully spreading n my forehead , fr that she is telling Bec of climate change it ll come .. I went clean face no pimples no scares patches and all, Bec of tan I went there,,, after I took treatment totally my face is damaged , don't know how to sort out ... Bought medicine for 5000, problem still thr no improvements Also staff is very careless and doest bother about patient who is standing outside for hours.. she will not respond Never recommended . Wasted my time and money

I had very worst experience twice with the clinic staff, just for getting the appointment token. They doesn't worry about, how far you are coming from, and how many times you are coming with patient, just for getting appointment token. And they don't properly communicate on how, when and what timing have to book appointment. Hope this is very basic communication where this clinic is totally lacking...

After continuous sitting every month, I came to conclusion not to visit anymore. It's been temporary solution for every sitting & medicines remain costliest (usually 2000 rs including cosultation charges) compared with all top dermatology consultant. Strategy is medicines make you cure by 5 days. But it is not permanent solution you need to go for next visit after 28 days.. Then different set of costliest tablet will be given., you need to continue the same. Recovery is temporary.

Best skin doctor, I had hairfall problems which got solved.Humble and listens to our issues politely. Well experienced and explains treatment in detail. Highly recommended.
