Best eye care hospital in Calicut from my experience. World class treatment and services from the veteran Dr. Sreekanth and his team. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff everywhere, good doctors, well maintained premises. There is a great cafeteria also at the entrance.

Our maiden visit to Dr Sreekanth Eye Care' and Research Centre was on 25th July 2023 for the consultation with Dr Sreekanth regarding the blurred vision of my wife Sunanda which she has been feeling for a couple of weeks . The detailed examination by Dr. Sreekanth revealed of the Cataract in both the eyes which required Surgical removal alongwith IOLimplanting at the earliest. She underwent the surgery in both eyes respectively on 23rd September and 13th October. According to her it was a totally pleasant experience contrary to her worries and apprehensions in the pre Surgery days. We are happy that she is back to normalcy after the post surgical restrictions as advised by the doctor and medication. We must make a special mention about the excellent services rendered by one and all of the staff members who include staff at the reception, testing rooms, other technical staff, staff at the Pharmacy, and councelling staff. Our special thanks are due to Mr. Vivekanandan and Smt. Kala who remain always ready for any assistance required. Let us also extend our deep appreciation for the excellent tutorial delivered in respect of post surgical management including timely application of medicines , which was very effective, informative and useful. Yesterday my parents visited your hospital for a consultation with an ophthalmologist, but the registration process in your institution is too horrible and my parents waited in your waiting area for more than 25 minutes to complete the registration process . and didn't get a proper reply from your reception staff why the delay was happening and lastly they admitted that there is some software issue. As a customer there is somany eye hospitals in calicut. And your reception staff don't respect the customer's time value. and I see that some of the customers are raising their concern in your reception area but your staff and not giving the proper directions to the customers. I think that at least you should give the training to your reception staff how to behave to customers.

Excellent doctors and outstanding patient services

Quality service and parking space available if it's not rush hour. Only Dr Sreekanth doctor require booking for cunsultation , other Dr's consultation you may walk in.Security man was helpful!!

The service from the reception to the doctor, everyone fullfiled my queries and problems with special consideration. Thanks to the entire team. They accepted my postponed revisit even after many months with out any charges. The optometrist was really kind enough to readdress my issues. But the optical shop peoples disappointed.
