One of the most senseless, brainless and mannersless owners I have come across. No etiquettes. After a transaction is made via UPI (transaction successful) they are not ready to give products that is paid for. The guy who calls himself as owner abuses customers and he thinks that he is doing a favour by providing medicines as though for free. Along with him one of his staff also need to learn basic etiquette. Mega medical is the best medical store comparatively in Mysore. Unfortunately, I had to go to murgan for my emergency which would also be my last visit including all my relatives and friends in Mysore. If you cannot treat your customers right then you fit for nothing. I regret paying for the products in thousands of rupees and they have cheated by not giving the products when I had all proofs of the transaction. Worst experience!

I was suffering from Vertigo for past 9 years, numerous consultations, different type of medications, different school of medicine and treatments were tried, but problem persisted. I am thankful to Dr Sowmya N Ghosh, who diagnosed the problem as positional Vertigo and performed Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) treatment for my left ear on 09th November, 2021. On 1 11th I slept like a baby after a real long time. Now I do have some guidiness which is common after BPPV for about two weeks or so, but feeling much better. She was very patient in listening to my stories of fall followed by accident and the trauma I have been through all these years. Out of medication or no medicines were prescribed to me. I would like to thank Dr Sowmya N Ghosh and also let other patient know that she is Vertigo Specialist and wish many get benefitted from her expertise. It was great interacting with her and wishing her all the best.

The medical store is great. Location is also great. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Staffs are really friendly and very much sufficient to attend the coustomers. Almost all the medicines are available here. The stock of the medicines will be are present. This store will be open even on Sundays. As per the information I know this store is present here from more than thirty years. Staffs are very polite, fast and trained well. Store will be open from morning 8 30 am to night 10 pm.

More than 15 to 20 year's this medical store is providing best service to customers with good company quality goods, good response from staff members, good environment and maintenance.

Above 30 years experienced leading chemist in the area. Has all drugs of almost all brands available, else will make it available on demand. Medicine sold on MRP.

Worst customer service. No respect for customers After an argument at least the owner himself comes and sorts out but here the owner is coward to face the customers such an irresponsible people
