Poor customer service. The doctor was not even ready to consult, citing flimsy excuses. The clinic should value the effort patients are putting across to visit the place.

Very clean facility. Front desk staff were very welcoming...one of them spoke good English. Huge help for me as I can't Malayalam. Both Dr.lizzie and Dr. Prakash( hope I got his name correct) were very knowledgeable and explained to me I detail about my condition.
I highly recommend this place for any skin related issues.
I had my appointment on 21 Jan 2023, not happy with how the doctor interacted. I wanted a proper consultation which didn't happen. Even after sharing my concern through instagram, I didn't get a response.
