My name is Ruby and I went to this doctor's clinic and I saw a guy there who was sitting with the Doctor Sarin didi have any manners. He doesn't know how to talk with theirs patients. He should learn the manners of talking. Very bad experience I had. I want to give him a slap on his face.

A very negative review I took treatment for 4 months but didn't get relief from skin disease. Dr Gaurav didn't give proper time to his patients. He is in too hurry that even didn't hear patient completely. His hand writing is too worst that I highly doubt whether their medical store person understands or not. I think this is also one reason why his medicine didn't suits just because he write something else on prescription and store man give different medicine.

The Dr is good and polite, but the management of the clinic is worst. They don't have the how to treat you and how to manage your time. If you have whole day then you can go, but if your time is money then don't waste on them try to explore new Doctors in the city. Overall they waste your time and money in the form of treatment. I have been taken consultant and they always change the medicine and increase the treatment period and they ask for 1 hours for your appointment number but you have to wait for more than that and if you request them for urgent they start misbehaving.

The managment worse I pay the money through the upi in my app show payment successful also money deducted msg from bank , I scan QR from Atm swipe machine but they say money not after 2 day received, in my app show successful status , After 2 days waiting I called they Wait 1 day after 1 day I called they say sometimes 7 days , I asked give account statement they not provide ...

Dr sarin is one the best doctor in gorakhpur... Still i am reducing stars due to waiting time and staff behavior...

The management could not be more worse . The doctor is in a hurry, his only aim is to make more and more money. He prescribes minoxidil of some unknown company (profit in medicine). He has an assistant sitting with him. He stamps the prescription with diet plan, he asked every patient to take durasteride 0.5 mg two times. He never tells his patient about the side effect. It is written on his prescription that side effects has been told .

Dr gaurav sarin hardly give one minute to a patient. They even don't listen all complaints of the patient after taking fee of Rs.500+. He is only growing his business nothing else

worst hospital management ever I saw in my life. General consultation (Rs400) is not possible at all in this clinic either you have to pay Rs 700 which is emergency fee or Rs 1000 above which is VIP QUOTA.
