I don't know what's the problem of the lady on the counter she doesn't book appointments on call and also gives rude reply she doesn't have any manners. Please change the counter lady or teach her some manners.
The lady sitting at the front desk to take appointments is very rude. Been calling her to book an appointment, either she gives a rude reply or there's,no answer. So I went there myself to book the appointment. They made me come thrice to book one appointment and even then my appointment wasn't booked and was still told to wait 1 hour!!!

Dr Sb is one of the best eye doc's I've met and considering the tremendous rush, one hopes a better system could be arranged for scheduling appointments.
