I went for a gap-filling procedure, and this was my first experience with a dental checkup. She is a very friendly doctor and explained everything in detail. I don't have a high pain tolerance, so she did it very patiently and smoothly. I'm really happy with her attentive service and caring nature.
I contacted them one Sunday when my wisdom tooth pain was unbearable (all the way from below the eyes, cheeks, ears till throat, also had trismus). The clinic I consulted was closed for Sunday. So randomly took number from Google and called to see if the clinic was open. It wasn't open but Dr. Shilpa asked me for details about the problem so that she can give me some solutions until the clinic was open the following Monday(she was kind even though I wasn't her patient and gave me free solutions). Boy did her solutions worked like magic on me. Pain was gone in 1-2 hrs and I could open my mouth and eat properly. So happy. Hence decided to stick with the same dentist and clinic. Cost wasn't as high as other clinics. Today I had my 2 wisdom tooth removal. All over in about 40 mins. I was really anxious about the pain but they made me so comfortable. Never met a handful of doctors before who were this approachable and kind as well. Definitely recommend the clinic :-)

Unfortunately during my visit to India after a long time I had a dental emergency . I had only a few days left before leaving to Canada, but Dr. Shilpa very practically scheduled the appointments and was able to complete my treatment on time as promised without any compromise in the work quality. Dr. Shilpa along with Dr. Chitra did the root canal treatment. She was gentle and did give me shots to numb the area upon my request if ever, I felt pain. And special thanks to Dr. Joel (Specialist Prosthodontist and implantation). Dr.Shilpa's Dental Spa has a great team of specialists. Must say the clinic is well maintained and the chairs & the spitting area are kept clean after every patient. Over all I was well taken care. Thank you!
