Dr Shashank has the best work ethics that I have come across. He listens to the patient problems and then discusses and explains in lay man language. Top surgeon and doctor with long and relevant experience. He follows up for after care and staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful.
He only knows how to shout and abuse It has been 6 months since my mother was undergoing treatment, she had some problem in her throat, every time Shashank has given her medicine for 5 days because after that he only wants money. Sometimes he takes money as fees and sometime as a commission. After every month he wants 3 4 tests just because in every tests it includes his commission. When I took his prescriptions to another doctor he advised me to ask Shashank about his medicines and tests, when I ask him about this he starts shouting and abusing me in front of my mother.

Mai Google pr positive reviews dekhne ke baad hi iss doctor ke paas gayi thi,he was not at all humble,maine doctor ko bola ki I have a little phobia about any object going into my ear but he started shouting ki don't act like a kid here.
Then during cleaning wax of one of my ears which btw was not bothering me at all,he injured it badly and didn't even tell me and sent me away.
When I got back home my ear was bleeding so I had to go to another doctor in the next morning.
He is not at all experienced and humble.

Dr.shashank is Gupta is very humble and polite surgeon he listen every problems very clearly and treated very well. Last 1 year I have been suffering form Acid Reflux and I contect many doctors in shahjahanpur ,but the problem not goes and then someone recommend Dr.shashank Gupta then my acid reflux is around 90% cured in 1 and half month. So I highly recommend this surgeon
