Worst experience till date. I visited there in the morning after appointment and waited till evening. When Dr Sarika arrived, she barely gave 2 mins to see my reports. Also, she was laughing at my issues and said it is no big deal. No empathy, poor management and worst patient centric environment. Doctors at AIIMS who are more qualified have better attitude than her.

I have a bad experience after visiting this hospital to consultant with Dr. Sharika Ray. No one knows in his hospital whether she is going to attend patients today or not. I have reached to registration desk around 9 AM. A person from registration desk said madam will start attending patient by 2 PM she is not in hospital please wait. I had waited till 3 PM and after that they informed madam will come by 6 PM and around 7 PM they start saying that we don't know madam will come or not, if you people want to leave then please book your appointment for tomorrow and leave..... But I was waited till 8 PM and Finally She came to hospital and start attending patient from appointment number c-1 and my appointment number was c-119. At 10:30 from Dr. chamber announcing that remaining patient(after c-67) madam will not attend today, please come tomorrow. after wasting whole day time and fare money I returns without any conclusion and my patient having not good condition to visit hospital daily by travelling 100 KM. Very very bad experience. .......... Please don't visit Shivam hospital.

Worst service at your service! For a consultation they will make u wait all day , will call u in the morning at 7 and will take BP and weight and afterwards nurses will prescribe ultrasound and many more tests. And after that at the end of all these tests prescribed by nurses doctor will look into the report and prescribe u medicine and for all this u have to be in hospital till 4pm. They don't value the time of there patients. Don't have management to book the appointment over call. It is better to consult other doctor than this hospital. Atleast at other places tests and ultrasound will be prescribed by doctors after listening the symptoms not by any nurses.

My sister was admitted on October, she had completed pregnancy, however baby was delivered in 6.5 months..we kept the baby in incubator in another hospital..both are well... treatment is good only management is poor.. thank you Shivam hospital and Dr. Sarika mam.

Staff behaviour very wrong, Each working staff like as minister. No any help no any sympathy no any behaviour to talk patient. Specially Santosh is very mad man who Serial the Number at Sarika mam window. Staff behaviour is very Wrong, There is no way to talk to the staff and especially Santosh Kumar who sits down to dial the numbers. Very very very desappointing.

This hospital is best for gyanologist. My wife gave birth of baby in normal process after first seizerion. Thanku Dr sarika mam and her all team.

Very happy with doctor experience, I got 2nd baby after 10 years and in between that many miscarriages happened in Mumbai and finally I got Dr Sarika Roy reference from one of my relative. She did normal delivery even first baby was c-section. Thanks a lot to Dr. Sarika Roy and Team.
