Dr.Shaji's MRI Centre - Medical diagnostic imaging center in Wayanad, Kalpetta - , India

A very bad experience from this particular place. We took an appointment for an emergency MRI by docter from mananthavady on Saturday evening, ie on 11/02/2023 at 1715hrs and they confirmed MRI for Monday 13th at 1130 hrs. On Sunday l called them for a confirmation for the scan and the staff on duty simply replied that it is not possible on Monday as the duty nurse went on emergency leave and further explained that this is a private lab and we are not responsible for this. From the duty staff l took PRO' s number. That doctor was also telling the same thing that they are not responsible for the delay. It means if it is a private lab or private hospital they won't be responsible for any delay or absence which is causing life threats for the patients and mental torture for their dependents. So please before taking appointment for any emergency MRI s or any other exams think twice as we ll be cheated. Very irresponsible and not trust worthy. Approaching Court also for the delay and mental agony.

Experience is very good. Reception answered all my question and they share the report on time. hygenic place and reports came in less than 5 hrs. High expensive than other hospital, but best in wayanad. This is purely my experience and can't be same for you depends on your tests.

Very bad experience. The staff is completely uninterested in providing service. I had to leave.

Please recheck the service available on scheduled time. Very irresponsible staffs and keeping people in queue for more than 2 hours without prior information. It's really horrible

We took appointment for MRI for 12 'o clock and the MRI has done at 4 o clock. The response from the staff is like, they forgot to book the appointment.

Need booking otherwise have to wait a long time

Minimum 5 hours to spend inorder to get the report. Bad experience
