Very bad experience . Even if you book in advance, no use they take their own time. They will waste full day. Go here only if you have lot of free time. Indeed they have big screen to pass your time
Frustrating experience. We booked beforehand and our appointment was due at 5 pm. When we arrived at 5, they said it'll take time and we have to wait until 6. We left and arrived again at 6pm, when they said we have to wait a bit more. We waited again and it was not until 7.40pm they called us in. Not prompt at keeping appointment! Find a better place so that you can save time.
Doctor have nice behaviour liked it. Wehave to wait more time want to book early other wise it will be late more
Worst service. They're taking appointments but doesn't have any idea how to handle appointments. And their charge is very high comparing to other centers,no respect for others time! Not providing proper service for the amount they are charging Not recommended!! If you're coming for USG here. You will loose your entire day
Worst diagnostic centre i have ever seen. They asked me to take water to fill bladder for scanning. But when I informed them that my bladder is full, their staff asked to urinate and again drink water..!!! because you have to wait longer.Is this a joke or something. I never heard anything like this from any diagnostic centers. They are not at all organised or planned. They give appoinment randomly.
Very good Scanning centre. Dr shahul Harish is a dedicated and experienced radiologist. He took more time for scanning but good for us. Only demerit is waiting time for consultation take a lot of time.
Very bad experience.even booking in advanced.the staff's are very bad behavior. Staff's are not talking clearly. Today I got booking time on 2.30pm and I consult on 4.45pm.
Very poor customer relationship, never have specific booking slot or timing as they ask to come and sit , never have any proper customer service, and long hours of waiting at the place
