I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the services I received at your clinic yesterday Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling both deceived and mistreated by two of your employees, Uma and Thilaka, who were involved in an incident of unauthorized payment collection. I had visited your clinic seeking medical consultation and treatment for my kid illness . After the examination, the attending physician( doctor ) explicitly instructed me not to make any payments at that time. However, to my dismay, both Uma and Thilaka insisted that I pay the full amount(200 rupees )before leaving the premises, disregarding the doctor's instructions.Given the trust I place in medical professionals, I felt compelled to comply with their demands despite my reservations.
Dr. Senthil kumar is one of the experienced and best pediatricians in the town, but the front desk people are the ones making bitter experience in the clinic.
The front office staff was very arrogant, disrespectful, impolite and unable to understand any emergencies. Actually we have booked an appointment with Dr. before couple of hours but she didn't write my son name in the appointment note . When we visited the hospital on time, she didn't allow us to see Dr. and also she didn't give any respect to us. If Dr. didn't take any action on her, most of the patients won't visit the hospital again.
Best paediatrician in town and hence make sure to get an appointment before you visit. Prescribes medicines judiciously. I have full confidence in the Doctor.
