My 7 years old son had severe itching, so we went to hospital with out appointment in urgency, the staff told that Dr. Won't see you because you don't have appointment, I requested them we will wait and we consult the doctor after all patients who has taken appointment, even though they didn't listen, and keep on repeating doctor is busy. Why doctor profession, when not useful to patient in urgency? I heard in a movie that doctor should wait for patient but patient should not. We don't find these type of doctors. All are money minded.

We had the worst experience from the receptionist. We had been calling them for an appointment. They would not pick up the phone for hours . Most of the time, they just put the receiver to the side so that it gives a busy message. At last when they picked up the phone, they said the slots are over. When we said that this is an emergency, they said that nobody had that kind of emergency. Just pathetic service

Gud doctor he listens our problem and treats well

I'm go to there because my friend havea algitic problem ,the doctor was most experienced and good in treating there patients in the hospital,and without appointment you will not get any treatment

The Reception Attendees are really rude. I don't know how to administrate the clinic. I can't rate his expertise until my head burns are cleared with out any black marks. However, skin doctors are also taking 200 rupess of visiting charge for 15 days. They don't accommodate the request to talk to doctor for 15 mins. This worst scenario of all Guntur doctors. Even after requesting Reception attendee twice to accommodate for 5 mins of quick check with doctor also they are not accommodating. Just think of it. If doctor suggest for any dosage it would they normally give for 2 weeks . By that time your 1st visit ammount would already cross the next appointment date. This is purely to earn money of 200 rupess for 1 visit by doctor. This is the way the doctors in india earning huge money. Please kind stop it & help your patient.

Hospital staff , attender black fellow with specs is worst guy... He does not know how to deal with patients...

Staff in the clinic are very rude, especially the guy who manages appointments. Please show common decency and respect to the people who come to treatment for your clinic.
