Useless marriage counseling. Just created more problems. Doctor discussed my problems directly with my husband just like any other third person and not like a doctor. No psychological logic and reasoning to validate my mental state or why I feel so lost and alone. Thought he could talk about some personality traits and perspectives of different individuals and help my husband understand my overthinking and sensitive behaviors. But very useless. And adding insult to injury he charged 2k while rushing for the next appointment with improper closure of our discussion. Never recommend.
