Dr Sandeep Kansara's Diabetes, Thyroid & Hormone clinic - Endocrinologist in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

The wrost staffs are working at Dr. Sandeep kansara's clinic..The 2 lady who give appointment and check reports are such rude person..i went today at clinic for appointment they were like..Mai unse baat krrhi hu and wo phone pr baat kr rhe thy bhot hi jada rude hai extreme rude..

The clinic is easily accessible as located on the main road. The clinic is spacious and social distancing is maintained. The place is clean and the staff is professional. The doctor is friendly and listens yo all your problems patiently. Appointment is mandatory. The only suggestion is to have some way to book appointments online on Practo instead of just over phone. Pharmacy is also present in the premises.

Rude staff not ready to listen patient problem. We requested them to just show report to the doctor, they directly denied to show this and my father diagnosed with diabetes, pp: 413 and post 500. They dont listen at all. Staff is saying report is ok you can continue with it. Unprofessional and Rude Dr kansara ji not appreciated at all! Highly Disappointed with the staff

One of the best doctor for harmone related disease such as diabetes and thyroid. It's preferable to go here with a appointment otherwise one has to wait for atleast half hour to 45 minute. Dr is very humble and comes straight to the point and clear our misconception in a proper way . Don't go here in case of emergency as it's clinic not a hospital.

We called that receptionist girl before 2days and she gave a us today morning's time, when we asked the clinic on Google timing is showing only 3pm-6pm, She said it is wrong and dr. sees people only at morning. Hence she gave us appointment for 11am Today when I visited with my mother and reached there by 11:15am, that receptionist said now dr. Is not there and he will see only in evening and she misbehaved with my mother too. She started yelling at us. I want to ask Dr. Sandeep Kansara what kind of service or pledge you have taken towards your work. You see old patients too but the behaviour of your receptionist is pathetic and not at all acceptable by this kind of behaviour from an educated person's clinic. I am going to report this to health department as well because I'm aware that you work in govt. Hospital also and you are seeing patients during your duty time. Which is WRONG!!

My father (Mr. S.S.Bhatnagar) visisted u today n was extremely satisfied with the behaviour n the treatment shared by u I'm grateful for taking ur time n giving him full time n listening to him.

The staff needs to learn how to speak to patients. Very rude and uneducated. How could someone want to meet a doctor whose team is so unprofessional.

He Does not Answers properly There is no sense of taking appointment after taking appointment also we have to wait for 1- 2 hrs. Management is not proper.
