He is a poor doctor, as far as I can tell. He only cares about money. The surgery he gave me 10 years ago still leaves me with pain. I have excruciating discomfort in my lower jaw. .Additionally, he is unable to resolve this. No other physician can locate it. I'm not sure how long I'll have to endure this discomfort. I'm willing to share all the information on his therapy if he claims that this is a fraud. I beg you, don't believe him.
In a single word, very worst doctor... Don't go for any cosmetic surgery, bone crafting surgery.....
I went to Dr sm balaji dental and craniofacial hospital with The complaint of my long lower jaw and I meet to Dr sm balaji sir he was very kind and great smiling doctor he examined me and found with the cause & told me that your lower jaw is excess so I have to do the (bsso) bilateral sagittal split osteotomy it's an orthognathic surgery after that you will be 100%cure before that you will have to go through the orthodontic treatment that so your teeth get aline to the proper position and after that the surgery will be perform after that balaji sir suggest me to go though pre surgical orthodontic treatment by Dr Deepak sir He is best in the orthodontic but I must say after Dr Deepak sir treatment just best is not enough for his experience I will say fantastic fabulous Dr Deepak sir is so much friendly and supporting my orthodontic treatment run from 17/12/2019 and after that 07/04/2021 my pre surgical orthodontic treatment was done after that i gone to the surgical procedure by Dr sm balaji sir I got admitted on 12/07/2021 & surgery perform on next day on 13/07/2021 mandibular shortening done under general anaesthesia bsso after surgery I was very much happy it was so miraculous to me no pain nothing I faced after the surgery after surgery I stayed 8 days to the hospital nd after that i got discharge from the hospital and again next call for me after two months I gone to sm balaji sir nd Dr deepak sir too get checkup it was gone sucessfully after that my post surgical orthodontic treatment started from 07/08/2021 Again I noticed to my chin it was asymmetric chin i consulted to Dr sm balaji sir he told me after 6months I will perform the genioplasty chin reduction surgery till you have to wait my orthodontic treatment was going and on 29/07/2022 Dr balaji sir reviewed 3D model and reduction genioplasty for assymetry correction and plate removal will be done look plates removal was my choice because plate removal was not too necessary to remove its titanium plate but due to its all set Dr sm balaji sir preferred me to get it off becz my bone was totally set after one year so there was no use of it so I got this decision and I asked to balaji sir it was ok to remove then I say ok then sir suggested and I gone prepared for it and on 06/01/2023 i got admitted & on 07/01/2023 my surgery got performed by Dr sm balaji sir I am very happy and satisfied with the surgery Now after two months my braces will be removed by Dr Deepak sir by my orthodontic doctor my teeth are properly alliened my face is looking fabulous Thanks to Dr Deepak sir & Dr sm balaji sir for giving me a great smile and good looking face to me Thanks to all team members of sm balaji craniofacial hospital. BEWARE: Ignorant employees and nasty office manager. They forget that it's the customers who are paying their salaries. And they also tried charging 4x more for some services. I left and went to the dental hospital next door - MUCH better and the prices were reasonable. [re: "response from the owner" You are speaking a bunch of formal and diplomatic words. But, let's not confuse the fact that your staff appears to be miserable, rude and provides second-rate treatment at 4x the price. This has nothing to do with cultural differences. I went next door to Dentistree and got the level of service and proper pricing that your clinic failed to deliver. You should fire that "manager" woman and hire some less ignorant and angry staff people. But, I'm sure that this whole thing starts from the top, so it's safe to assume that Balaji himself isn't the best person to work for -- judging from how the employees behave]
