Very bad experience.patient are waiting since early in the morning but doctor came after 0230 in afternoon.and staff not telling truth they are making fool ki doctor 12 baje tak aayenge.
Giving one star because there is no option of negative rating. Staff is too rude, think themselves as doctor. Staff don't even know how to talk to anyone, be it men women or child. Surprised to see doctor (or his son) too takes side of staff. And should have worked on a proper management of clinic and it's very disappointing. Patients come for the name of senior doctor, but most of the time he is not available, and his son does the practice. They pressurise everyone to get X-ray done from them only, and staff very rudely says that outside tests won't be allowed- kya Bakwaas hai ye.. why don't you make your own medicines too .. ? Everything is cash driven, No Records of payments made, all black money. Don't go there or don't even dare to take your parents there, they will ill treat you and them.. you will feel ashamed... I request to Indian government to take an action against senior doctors.
Giving one as negative option is not available , the only thing they care about is money. Why they are doing drama of 500,1000 or 1500 fee drama i think they have to increase the fee to 5k or 10k so atleast who is able to pay the fee will come only so that atleast some of them get proper treatment. Because in current system they're taking 1500 for just normal condition if your condition is critical then they will force you to go to Appollo without seeing your report as well so that they can make money only. They don't care about patient condition. Staff are worst
