Dr. Rinky Kapoor - Dermatologist in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I visited Doctor Rinky Kapoor for skin pigmentation and the doctor recommended doing cosmelan peel. After starting with the treatment, in two days I got hyper pigmentation in the area where treatment was done and the surrounding area as well. Followed up with the team over the course of 2 months for an appointment, I made an appointment thrice and they cancelled it each time saying the doctor is occupied with urgent work. After paying 50 thousand for the treatment my skin is in a worse condition than before and the doctor would not even recommend or prescribe any medicine to improve it let alone give an appointment. They will assure before the treatment that there are no side effects and make you sign a consent form and even let you cross out the side effects like hyper pigmentation, etc. and then when something goes wrong won't give you an appointment or help in any way. Don't waste your money and time going here.

HARASSMENT OF CLIENTS! The staff neither responds to calls in a timely manner nor do they talk properly with the client over the call. They conveniently avoid calls and don't bother to call back even as courtesy. Further, when confronted, the staff members arrogantly refute instead of apologizing for their unprofessional behavior. It is a harassment of the client! Shocking how a reputed clinic has hired a bunch of unprofessional people to 9work for them. Disappointed!

Harassing people! Never go here....Don't fall in the trap! Not a professionally managed clinic. They charge you a bomb and do not provide the expected service. The staff will avoid your calls when you need to reach the doctor or schedule an appointment. The staff only talks properly with you, when it's time to remind you about your next follow-up or medicines refills, which are available in their clinic only! Disgusting behavior!

One of the most high headed and useless doctor I have ever met. To start with they will ask you to sign 4 pages of consents and ask you to submit your IDs such as aadhar DL etc which is not mandated by law, will charge you a bomb and to no good use. She will deny you consultation if you do not submit ID proofs god knows why, doctor do not fall under KYC, and guidelines clearly say you can not deny treatment under any circumstances. Pls dont waste your time and money.

My daughter has had wonderful results after visiting to Dr Rinky Kapoor. She was suffering from acne problems and she has provided us the satisfactory treatment after which her face is quite better now. The treatment cost at her clinic was not too expensive and has no comparison in the quality of care. Extremely kind and the staff are lovely!
