Dr Richa is empathetic, competent, well read, she knows what she's doing. I feel so safe when my children are under her treatment and care. She literally invests her time and energy in each and every patient and their parents. It's not common to see doctors to give a lot of time counselling and guiding the patient/patient's family, because they're overburdened and overwhelmed with workload, but not Dr Richa- she gives her 100 percent to each child and parent. Excellent skills, very knowledgeable. My kids have benefitted under her treatment by God's grace. And yes, she gives injections gently and patiently to kids, which is a big factor for me to always visit her for vaccinations for my kids.

Very nice doctor and she has really good knowledge about kids . She takes good amount of time to listen your queries and make parents understand what we should do if we are facing issue. She is always helpful if needed on emergency she do help us over phone . I am extremely happy that in Jamshedpur also we have got very good doctor. All the new moms before any hesitation you should consult her trust me .

Dr. Richa is very patient with excellent temperament. She too is a new mom and understands the emotions of a new mom. She is ready to help 24*7. When my baby was 2 months old he had severe colic and being a first time mom i was lost. After I went to visit her she helped me ease my mind and also provide excellent remedies without many medications. She is also an excellent lactation consultant. Parents, if you want the best pediatric support in Jamshedpur, without involving a lot of medicines she is the one to go to! Also, she gives vaccine at lowest cost in the city and it is a painless experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good doctor for kids. She takes the time to listen and analyze all that kids and their parents have to say and prescribes the minimum medicines or tests required. After that she herself keeps following up over call to track progress till symptoms subside.

Till last year December, I had to visit the doctor every month I guess. I was actually waiting for Dr. Richa's appointment. This year January, I took my 1.5 yrs old son to her clinic and since then I am relieved. Visiting doctor every month was not only pathetic, it was detrimental to my son's health as well.
