I had been to this place for few months but my dad had been to this place for more than a decade. Dr. Raji Reddy is a wonderful person. He has taught me few simple but effective asanas. The time I was regular to this place, I never even had a headache and even now though I do not exercise regularly, I do it when I feel stiffness and I immediately feel better. Yoga Trainer Divya first understands our health issues and guide us with the proper Yogaasanas those are required to person and change the aasanas accordingly, time to time that benefits the patient and come out of the health conditions.
