I had visited the clinic after getting an appointment at 11 am , 04aug 2021. I was there by 10.45 and got my tocken no as 17. While I politely asked them why is it 17, while you HD given me the time 11, the 2 ladies in the counter were like , you take it if you want or just I can give you a tocken for the 30 th patient. The ladies don't even know how to behave and they are very rude .Being a lady, I had never seen such culture less ladies, who ruins the whole reputation of the clinic. I just gave up my tocken to them and told them am not interested to consult the doctor. The reply was the audacity behavior of the ladies, the worst clinic to go for any reason. I would never ever suggest anyone to go, even if you get any free consultation.

Consulted at the clinic on 21/Sep.Tokens need to be collected previous day by calling into the clinic. Doctor spend good amount of time with me,describing the condition and treatment. Parking facilities are not available, roadside is the only option.

Medicines given by the doctor had helped me in improving the density of my hair. But I have had multiple terrible experiences with the ladies in the counter. They are arrogant as hell and speak rudely while asking for an appointment. They would bring down the reputation of an otherwise decent clinic.

My mom was treating their for 29 years and she believes only he can treat for that sake everytime she goes their but the ladies in the counter and doctor are so rude . everytime they behave like they never saw us before and nowadays the medicine are not effective so we quit. Another point is no one can stop their medicine once it started.

Totally a useless clinic. The doctor will give you minidoxil for the treatment and as soon as you stop this the hair will start falling. The behavior of the staffs in the pharmacy his horrible. Not recommended at all.

Clinic will be mostly crowded. Always try to place a call and book your token well before the visit. Parking can be a challenge if you are driving your four wheeler. Clinic is in the first floor of the building.

Happened many times. They will give appointment for 10:00am. Doctor will come only after 11am. Patients have to wait more than 1hr for no reason. If your token is 3, you may have to wait another 1hr. So finally half day over.
