The doctor sir was very good and quite popular for his surgeries among all the villages around Narasaraopeta but the main problem is people should wait for hours to get appointments but you can avoid it by going early in the morning

Wonderful Experience. One of the Best Hospital for Eye treatment in Andhra Pradesh.The way they( Doctors, Nurses, and all other supporting staff) treated the patients , patient attenders/relatives very good with very nice behaviour and friendly nature. I'm suggesting to everyone if any Eye related problems/Treatment will go to this Hospital. Available treatment for TPA, EHS , Aarogya Sree and any other medical insurances.

Worst experience... even government hospitals are better than this hospital.. too much crowd no facilities for public... long wait time.. cost is too high .. suggesting costly lens by saying government lens are very cheap.. no manners for staff how to talk with older people coming from long way..

Yesterday my father went a minor surgery, as it is hot summer, Hospital management alloted ward in terrace. He is not able to sit or sleep because of hot waves. Please take care of hospitality issues.

Last night, my mother had eye surgery. Mom is incredibly anxious and not prepared to undergo the procedure. Dr. Rama Linga Reddy, sir, provided much-needed confidence while also interacting amicably and showing my mother compassionate care.Importantly, post-op Care is excellent ,Nagi Reddy Sir provided us with much-needed counselling and led us throughout the whole procedure. Rafiq sir and Staff members are helpful, and rooms are well-maintained. The greatest and most highly advised place for eye surgery.
