Doctor behaviour is not good. I consulted him....He provided me the information I asked. I just forgot to ask one information ..which I thought to confirm with him again. He literally yelled at me in a very bad way in front of other people which was very embarassing and told me that " I gave given you my time now you can talk to receptionist". C'mon I have not paid you the fees for consulting your receptionist and if a patient has forgotten to ask you something...you should clarify his/her doubt. You are into Business and a well educated doctor and this is not the way you should deal with your customers.
I had kidney stone of 8mm then I consulted Nephron hospital Nagpur from where I got the primary treatment & my stone size decreased to 6mm in uretar so Dr Jitesh Jeswani sir reffered me here to take advice from Dr Rajesh Soni sir & I found expert advice as well as the doctor wrote a syrup & painkiller along with my previous medicines. I trust the process. I hope I will get rid of my problem. As far as the hospital, doctors and staff are concern that's all good. Thank you doctor.

As a patient I was so dissapointed by your management today, your receptionist doesn't have manners to talk with the patient. As far as my concern it's doctors responsibility to check the patient as they trust you blindly , so being a doctor you were responsible to check the patient timely and should understand that the time of patient is even more precious as they are coming from far places. Its my humble request to Please look after matter.
