Worst experience in this hospital. Doctor has some of his assistants who sits in the reception. The assistants do not allow to meet the doctor. My mother, father and my brother has visited this place few months ago for eye checkup for cataract. They wanted to meet the doctor. But the assistants have not allowed them to meet the doctor Rahul Verma. Assistant was male and he said no no there is no need to meet the doctor. I will only check. And he was behaving like as if he is a broker. He checked the eye of my mother and said we need to operate. My mother asked him which eye is in urgent situation to operate, he casually said Jo man kare wo eyes ka pehle karwa lo. He was like bas karwa lo karwa lo, sab me hi karta hu. Doctor don't do anything. This has happened twice with my mother, father and brother. Twice the assistant has not allowed to meet the doctor. Are we supposed to recruit such kind of assistant doctors???? If I would have been there that day I would have complained regarding this assistant. I will surely visit this hospital once when I will be in bilaspur in next few months and will meet this assistant and will record an audio and a video of this person. I mean he don't have courtesy to talk also. What kind of language he use. What he thinks of himself. Why he is not allowing the patients to meet the doctor??? I will definitely see this person. Everybody pleasr note do not visit this hospital as assistants don't allow you to meet doctor.

He is the best doctor for eyes and very down to earth. Staff may sound mannerless at times but we too need to be good behaved, in that case we need to overlook staff behaviour, parking, road congestion etc and must care about our treatment with the doctor. His diagnosis is excellent. Mr. Verma is a Cool, humble personality. Best doctor I visited.

I Really disappointed. The Dr. Refused to check patient. just because the patient was late by 5 - 10 minutes, And there was few patient to Bing check.

He is probably the best ophthalmologist in Bilaspur. The doctor is very simple humble and cooperative in nature. The best thing is his diagnosis. He devotes good amount of time on every patient (that's the reason he sees less patients per day) and prescribes minimum medicines which are highly affordable too. You need an early appointment at least 15 days in advance, as he sees less patients a day so waiting is high but that's good as quality is prioritised over quantity which in the end benefits the patients themselves. However he checks patients immediately in case of emergency. My mother was wrongly diagnosed with glaucoma by some other dr and her eyes were getting damaged by wrong treatment.We were planning to go Chennai for her but meanwhile many people suggested us to visit Dr Rahul Verma.Now it's more than 1.5 yrs since we are visiting here and now her eyes are fine without any medicine. We are highly satisfied with the doctor. Staff is also very polite. It's one of the rare private clinics in Bilaspur who really cares for patients' health at nominal charges.

Dr Rahul is very polite and is really patient and calm while handling any given case. He gives the best advice and suggestions. One of the best opthalmologist of the City.

Take appointment in advance as it usually takes minimum 1 week waiting time. Dr. Rahul is soft spoken and a good listener. He is patiently listen to your problem and treat your problem accordingly.

Highly unprofessional and mannerless staff. I too belong from doctor's family but I've never seen this kind of pathetic service by medical professionals. I would not suggest anyone to go there. If you want to waste your money and time and most importantly want to damage your eyes can go there.
