I have consulted Dr. Rahul a month back when i visited my parents and they suggested me about him. During my visit to the doctor, i clearly told him, that my later consultation will be online, as i am from Delhi, to which he said ok. After that i have tried sooo many time to speak to him, firstly within a week about some medicine that he gave and then after a month, for re-consultation. But, the staff just DON'T CARE. And they asked to oaytm the consultation fee, (which thankfully i didn't). I am really disappointed by this careless attitude if a doctor.
Doctor is good no doubt. But the problem is that there's no manner or series for 'who would go to the doctor first'. You'll see that some people who came after you, took an appointment(just normal appointment-without emergency fee) after you, but went to the doctor before you. There's no value of the time of patients.
