Took my mother who is a patient of yours since 2017 for emergency consultation today as she was showing signs of ataxia and slurred speech. Begged the staff to give me appointment but they didn't listen. I asked them to just let me speak to you for a minute but they literally pushed me out of the clinic. Your staff has no respect for anyone and they thrive on the desperation of patients.

Dear Dr Puneet Dixit, I am very happy because you have a large number of patients. But there is a problem which I was faced and i am sure everyone faces the same issue .That's 'time'. Because time is very important for each and everyone. Please don't mind but here I am requesting to you please provide max 30 min time slot to each patient at the time of write down the patient name for number, and told them your turn will comes in that time slot. Like your turn will come on 1 to 1:30 or 2:30 to 3 . which will save everyone's time. For Max 2 min consult i was wasted near about 2+ hours extra. I think you will try to understand my point and will take it positive and find out the best solution.

Dr. Saheb, as I heard about you, you are a very capable doctor.you are like a God for your patients. but sir, every time I visited your place, your staff is very rude & illiterate. Especially a fat man who sits at the reception...NO manners that how to talk to patients...

It is very satisfying to experience receptive and considerate reception staff. I feel delighted recently in a visit to clinic visiting with no reference.The gentleman at reception observed the age of patient 86 and his condition/need and genuinely arranged immediate consultation apparently in place of a failed appointment. Doctor Dixit is polite, proficient and gives a patient hearing. Remarkably knowledgeable and Conclusive enough too to give full satisfaction to visiting patient. I found desired track of treatment after this visit. My father in law Mr P S Mishra is feeling much better with focused treatment now. I Will wish them great success and recommend this clinic for their quality service parameters.

Best Dr in kanpur, very intelligent dr in kanpur, in kanpur there are lots of dr they are wasting patients hard earned money,continous making them in trouble,Dr Puneet Dixit is a very humble and intelligent,medicines is like a miracle,all staff is very good,only make some work for clinic interior and cleanliness.

Dr is very good in nature and soft spoken but the staff is very arrogant and says if u not came @7:00am to take appointment u have to wait for 4/5 days and nobody is there till 7:30am.Always ready to fight with the patient. Be ready to listen non sense and disgusting words if you are going to clinic.

Four years ago my daughter had an eplipsy attack, someone suggested him to me for my daughter and miracle happened. My daughter is fit and fine from the. Thanks to Dr Puneet, not only he the best doctor he's also a kind man with the best nature anyone can expect from a doctor. His staff members are helpful too. We want emergency appointment back whoever tries to defame him should know he's the best doctor.

i went for my father. the booking was not easy , but ok. i had to go early morning 7.30 for urgent booking for 800 rs. waiting time was also ok, 1/2 hour. more seating should be there. rest, the doctor was very well mannered and his medicines helped my father to get better. booking should be online and seating should be arranged more.
