No doubt, one of the best dermatologist in town but the staff named chotu was very rude and just to show my reports, was asking me to pay the charge, even though Prerna mam said that she will see the reports, I toh 3-4 appointments but couldn't get because of Mam's busy schedule, why should I pay the fees just to meet mam to show the reports for the tests which she suggested.

I truly appreciate DR.Prerna Jha for her knowledgeable and dedicated way of treating her patients.She is a very humble , efficient and professional doctor while dealing with her patients.My daughter have very sensitive skin and few months back she had got acne all over her face but she use to avoid it due to her busy schedule and took it very lightly. But it became a quite problematic issue and I started to find someone who can cure it from its roots. On one of our office staff's suggestion ,she went to Dr. Prerna Jha , a very skilled cosmetology dermatologist.She treated it very seriously and just within a few days her acne started fading away and now her skin looks clear. She is also very friendly and helps every patient to clear all doubts. Very genuine, honest and sincere. She only treats, He cures. But she treats you so well "irrespective of ur stature, connections, capacity- anything," that it gets easier for Him to cure.True to her profession. Prescribes just what is needed. Not any beating around the bush. Doctor with a deep insight, sound knowledge and empathetic approach. She runs a well maintained, state of the art skin clinic with modern amenities. I met her for treatment of my baby's skin related problems wherein small warts like appearances intermittently used to occur on his face around eyes and on stomach. Firstly I consulted his paediatrician, but of no avail. He simply brushed it off as nothing significant. But cosmetically it undermined my baby's otherwise beautiful face, so it was a matter of great concern for me and my wife as parents. Finally I decided to consult a dermatologist and Dr Prerna in particular as she was known to me. I travelled from Kolkata to her clinic in Purnea. To my utmost amazemet what I considered as warts was in fact a contagious viral infection. Treatment started and within few months result was amazing, old ones disappeared and no recurrence happened. During my visits to her clinic, I met many satisfied patients who had similar experiences to share.
