We got both the knees replaced for our mother almost 4 years ago in Max Care Hospital by Dr. V. Prem Kumar. It was carefully and precisely done and mother followed instructions advised by the doctor. Now, after 4 years since the surgery, she is able to walk kilometers without any knee/leg pain, cramp or tiredness. Doctor utilizes all modern facilities and technology for the treatment and ensures that the patient leaves the hospital after complete recovery with proper care given. The new advancements in the treatment viz. Minimally invasive surgery with no physiotherapy post surgery are explored which inflicts only 15-20% of the pain that the current procedure inflicts to the patient. Dr. Premkumar performed a double TKR for our 69 year old mother a few months back. She has recovery very well. My mother had undergone knee replacement surgery by Doctor Premkumar. Currently she could walk without any problem and pain relieved in very less time.
