First of all, despite reaching the clinic slightly late, we were forced to wait for a whole hour before being attended to. What's worse is that 4-5 patients who arrived after us were taken in for their appointments while we were still stuck waiting. The receptionist's behavior was beyond unacceptable. They were incredibly rude and arrogant, showing no regard for the patients' time or concerns. Their attitude only added to the frustration and disappointment we felt.

Not only is he well mannered, polished and soft-spoken, he is very knowledgeable his area of expertise and uses the latest advancements and technology. My skin had developed some spots and become dull and pigmented post a sunburn, but after the treatment, care and consult with Dr Pratik, it is now much healthier and looks clear!
