Worst doctor for babies.. hez only interested in number of patients and making money .(Rs.400) per person and won't attend your baby more than a minute .. the moment you take another minute he says "jo karan h bahara jake karo baki mariz wait kr rahe hai" i was surprised by his awful behaviour towards my 1 month old baby .. he didn't even allow me to cover my baby who was just a month old ... Also he didn't even allow me to sit.. what a shame... Pediatrician are Known to be patient enough to examine a baby but unfortunately hez only interested in making money. Then i went to another doctor in vaishali he was really good and examined my baby properly and listened to my concern about my one month old baby...also asked me to be seated... M sure all visiting this doctor must have faced same issue . A positive reviews are given by his own people

So we were calling the doctor for about an hour and nobody picked up, when we called again (one hour of continuous calling for appointment) the doctor impolitely said, there is already a queue and we were like how did they get appointments if nobody was picking up the phone. He was rude and also said that he might have been driving thats why did not pick up, the same doctor is treating the patients as well as taking appoinments? What kind of dispensary is this! Then he asked us to bring our child at 10:15 in the EVENING. Is this normal? Kids staying awake till this late to visit the doctor? I am appalled and extremely shocked at this sorry state of affairs of doctors in Ajmer. Lack of empathy in a children's doctor is shocking.

Doctor is good he understands patients. Whereas the assistant didn't pick the call for appointment we were trying for an hour but he didn't pick up the call .The assistant's phone is continuously busy whenever we try to have appointment.

kya he bolu Not recommending any one My son is having common cold (viral ).we took all the test told by dr. All the report are normal (as told by lab assistant, and two another doctors from same mittal hospital) but Mr. Mathur told me to admit my son or else I'll loss my son forever. Thanks to God ,we not listen to Mr. Mathur and visit an another doctor. And with the blessings of god amd proper treatment of doctor (Mr. Anil Rathi)my son is all well and healthy now.

Worst experience ever. his attendant said that doctor is not at his clinic and when visit the clinic doctor is attending the patients. When I tell whole story to doctor he takes it casually and said I am very busy you can sit outside, we'll adjust your number

It is very difficult to get an appointment... The person never pick up the call and always it goes busy busy and sometimes waiting... But there comes no response until u try for an hour. pls provide a convenient facility to get an appointment

Dr Prashant mathur sir is soo kind humble nd very gud nature person as well as he is a best doctor for children... in ajmer... really feeling blessed to having him in ajmer city... God bless u sir... God aapko or aapki family ko hmesha khush or healthy rakhe...
