The doctor don't know which medicine he has to give and he literally given me hard medicine from which I was not remembering any thing (2 hour ago also) and my lip is completely in bad condition....... I WILL SUGGEST DON'T GO .

Lack of management. I (chanchal Srivastava, genuine patient) am informed my appointment with Dr prabhash Ranjan has been fixed on 27.06.2020 at 4:30 pm. I was 1st person when reach at hospital and there is no one except me. Assistant charged me with fee of Rs. 300 and I paid UPI payment with UPI transaction id 017917111241. After payment I was informed my appointment no at 4:30pm is 11. I was shocked. Being punctual with time ,how I assigned 11th no. Following Reason . 1. Assistant does HERA FERI in terms of appointment either by demanding extra money or favouring their favorite customers. 2. When I demand feedback form /complain book, assistant denied to provide it. Finally I was forced to return room without consulting doctor. Mr. Prabhas Ranjan, hope you will take notice on it and will take extra measure to escape such incident.
