Well, best advice park the car on the main road somewhere and walk! , its really tight and if you take the car in it will be a nightmare so make sure you park it somewhere else.

Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. My 85 year old father, a highly respectable retired professional had been here today with a friend. She was very rude when my father couldnt understand her prescription or instructions immediately. We've seen better doctors and hospitals in Mumbai and elsewhere and can very well bring him here. We have not come across anyone like this in the medical fraternity so far. Someone referred him to her unfortunately. Wouldnot recommend this place. We've already consulted another specialist. I regret not having read other google reviews. Many have similar complaints. suggests steroids and fragrant lotions that further aggravate the issue. Follow up to this post. My father went to a senior dermatologist at the medical college. She has instructed him to discontinue Ms Philomina Roberts' prescription. The cause of his skin issue was improperly diagnosed by her. It's funny to see her close relatives and community members giving rave reviews!!!!! Don't get misguided. Instead of trying to boost business via false good reviews, focus on providing better service. The negative reviews of so many other patients over a period of time, is proof. In any case, if she improves her approach, it's good for her. May God bless her with abundant kindness and ability to help so that she handles patients better!!!

I recently visited Dr Philomena. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the results would recommend this dermatologist to anyone looking for expert care for their skin.

Went there bcz of skin rashes caused by allergies. Informed the doctor that I am already using the corticosteroid and anti histamine prescribed from another doctor, yet she again prescribed the corticosteroid and same antihistamine with a heavily chemicalized and perfumed lotion for the super sensitive skin. They are very concerned about the money they might get.

Pathetic consultation!!! I am one of the least satisfied patients of this clinic. Dr. Philomena sits inside a glass chamber and uses an old torch to diagnose the patients. I am wondering how she is able to see the affected area properly by sitting inside that old, cloudy glass chamber with an old torch and that too a mile away from the patient. Her behaviour is also very unprofessional and takes only a microsecond to diagnose. I will never recommend. I personally felt this clinic only focuses on money making. Greedy doctors like these are obviously spoiling the dignity of doctors in our society.

We all have good respect towards doctors as they are the ones who heal our ailments and in return we do except some courtesy from them. My kind advise to Dr Philomena is, she should change her attitude which she shows towards her patients. A Doctor's service doesn't end with just writing a prescription. They should also need to Respect, Respond, Speak gentle and positive, Explain patients about their illness, Advise what to avoid, Recommend what to have, etc. Hope she will take this feedback seriously and change her attitude going forward.
