Good afternoon ma. First impression is a good impression. 1. I like this hospital so much and it has all the facilities. 2.The hospital staffs are so polite and well behaved. I think good training has given to all staff of the Hospital. 3.The Doctor was so humble and his way particularly treating and talking to patient is excellent. There no second thought about it. 4.General House keeping is fine. 5. Important point which I got admired was during the operation the video is displayed for the visitors sitting in the lobby to have knowledge of eye operation how it's been conducted. Generally I got impressed so much that I would recommend this hospital to all my known persons and friends circle whom ever needs eye treatment. I wish all the staffs a very Happy Deepaavali.
