I have admitted my sister on 3rd August 2023, she fell unconscious due to fatigue and weakness. She has been suffering physically and psychologically wesk due to her recent accident which causes lost lot of blood. However what I have found in the hospital is that there is a lack compassionate and quality care towards Patient. My sister has experienced harsh way of treatment like physical abuse- "beating on face"and "threatening words" by the nurse and other staff members and most interestingly doctors also supported the staff members. physical abuse like beating, is completely unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients should be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. I'll definitely take a serious action regarding this kind of harsh treatment by the doctors and staff members.

Doctor Ajay Kumar G is the best doctor who has 25+ years of experience, who takes care of patients with good and positive attitude. I've been visiting this hospital since 7 years tho i had major health issues, regardless of criticality he takes care of any medical emergency.
