Token system is worst and painfull patients are sleeping outside the clinic from midnight to get appointment. Doctor and staff should seriously think of changing the token system . It should be patient friendly. Why can't they give appointment in a day take fees and make it non refundable this is my suggestion to the doctor. No doubt he is the best skin specialist in the city.
He is the most worst doctor i have ever seen till today .He does not know how to behave with patients , according to him patients are his slaves he should that patients are not his slaves they make their livelihood .He and his staff are too arrogant and rash . Patients give respect to his age and his profession that respect he is taking as granted and behaving very rude harsh and treat patients like slaves .His token system and behaviour with patients is very worst we should avoid such arrogant doctors. Very worst service , no value for the patients and their waiting time, they ask you to come early to get the number and keep you waiting and if it's lunch time the doctor walks away and pts should be waiting no matter what time you come . Very bad experience with this clinic. Patient need to struggle a lot to get number (token) never seen this procedure in other clinic. It will be good if they change the token system by referring other clinic if they don't know how to set up a token system. Doctor attitude is also very bad. I agree he has. Good knowledge and experience but what is the use when he is giving soo much trouble to patients to meet him. I can see people are sleeping over nights to get there turn. Really very ridiculous. People stop wasting ur time and go and visit other doctors.
