I have taken my baby to sir many times for check up. Sir has a very good nature. Parents are always tensed about the child. But sir explain well and gives good medicine to the baby. The best child's doctor is i would advise every parent if your child is sick then check up with him.

Hospital and doctor are too good . I am very satisfied with my son treatment at wellcare children hospital junagadh . The hospital is neat and clean.the sincere efforts of each one form housekeeping staff to nurses and doctors were excellent. Emergency service was awesome. Dr Nilesh baraiya is best pediatrician to visit for infants.his behaviour is so humble.we tried a few doctors for our first born baby before we found Dr jay Dave sir and since the first before we meet him we knew he was the right person.he really cares about the kids and you can notice it. I'm very happy with him and I would highly recommend him.
