Been a regular patient since after Covid but now they have changed. Their services has become worst. I made an online appointment for yesterday paid fees in full but doctor didn't called me. Today on asking for refund, I got no reply and a call from doctor. Upon calling doctor back, they cut my call saying network issue. Idk why doctor has become like this but she doesn't care enough to deliver what she has promised in the first place I.e to call me yesterday when they were suppose to call me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone else as my trust has been broken by such experiences.
