Was rude for no reason. Also, I was asked to come earlier than the fixed time for appointment and still had to wait for an hour. I went to see her regarding something that I thought was a problem but apparently it was not. Good for me, yeah? If I was uninformed, she could have just informed and educated me nicely. Instead she talked as if I was a fool for not knowing it. Tbh, I was very much willing to learn better. I wasn't going to review but I didn't like our interaction and couldn't get it out of my mind. Maybe she just had a bad morning but that wasn't my fault.

Wow what a doctor! I visited blk for my hearing problem and doc neha sood mentioned on the prescription that no hearing loss according to the patient. If a patient didn't have a problem then why would he pay you visit with 2k fees? She didn't even correct her mistake instead she made me wait for 3 whole hours and behaved rudely. That was the last time I went to blk hospital.phew!
We consulted Dr. Sood after my uncle got hearing impairment. She was really humble and patiently made my uncle understand the issue and then after we got his tests done, she helped us understand the report and the problem in detail properly.
