Best treatment, my friend was suffering from a skin disease from past 3 yrs. She has consulted many doctors but nothing worked and skin condition got even worst. After consulting with Dr Neelakanta he gave the right medicine which was not that costly also and it started working from the day 1. Now after completing 4 weeks course she is completely healed. Title: A Disappointing Experience at Neelakanta Skin Hair & Laser Centre Rating: 1/5 Stars During my recent visit to the Neelakanta Skin Hair & Laser Centre, I encountered a series of disappointing events that left me feeling dissatisfied and upset. The main issue I experienced was related to the treatment provided by Dr. Neelakanta himself. I had taken my brother to the Centre to have a minor hand corn treated, hoping for a professional and empathetic approach to our concerns. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Dr. Neelakanta seemed disinterested in hearing our explanation of the issue, exhibiting a lack of sensitivity and professionalism that was quite unexpected. Despite promising to perform laser treatment on the corn, Dr. Neelakanta surprisingly chose to remove a minor part of the corn using a knife instead, without adequate explanation or justification. I found this change in treatment plan alarming and felt that it reflected poorly on the Centre's commitment to patient care and satisfaction. The next shock came with the billing. For this relatively simple procedure, we were charged a steep amount of 8000 rupees, which I believe to be an unjustifiable price for the level of care and service provided. Post-treatment guidance was another area where Neelakanta Skin Hair & Laser Centre let us down significantly. There was a lack of proper instruction regarding medication usage. Even the medication itself was priced exorbitantly high, adding further to our dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at Neelakanta Skin Hair & Laser Centre was far from satisfactory. It is disheartening to see such neglectful behaviour in a health care setting. For those seeking professional and compassionate skin, hair, or laser treatments, I would strongly advise against choosing this Centre. In my opinion, there are many other clinics that would provide a much better experience in terms of treatment, cost-effectiveness, and overall patient care. Even if I ignore the pricing and all the other details that are of not much help, the major concern was the treatment was of no use!!!! Based on this experience, I must stress that the Neelakanta Skin Hair & Laser Centre is not a place I would recommend to anyone seeking a positive and constructive healthcare experience. Skilled doctor without a doubt. The doctor carefully explains details about the treatment. However, During my 3 visits I noticed that the doctor and the staff seemed to struggle managing time with patients. I request the doctor and the staff to respect patients time as much as they like patients to respect doctors time. I understand that there can be delays at times, but I have experienced considerable delays during all my visits. Also, they refused to provide us with any bill. Edit 29/04/2023: Fourth visit and nothing changed unfortunately (Despite doctors reply to this review earlier that things would change). The doctor was excellent as mentioned before. But, If you are a punctual and value your time, I would really not recommend visiting. However, I really don't want such an experienced doctor to lose patients. I heartfully advice the doctor to take some time to work on his scheduling.

This clinic is the best in Vijayawada for all your hair and skin issues. One and half year ago.....I underwent frontal hairline correction in one of the cosmetology clinics in Vijayawada. Due lo lack of experience of dermatologist...that was a failed one and it completely spoiled my look. I was sooo depressed and I went to many hair transplantation centres in Vijayawada for suggestions. But nobody assured me that they could reverse it. In the process I came to know many of them doesn't have proper knowledge even. Finally I met Dr. Neelakanta after seeing reviews in google. Even without explaining my problem he could easily guess what went wrong regarding my hairline. He explained everything very clearly and told me that he would try his best to get me back my normal look. He dealt very patiently with me and after 3 sittings of removing the transplanted hair I could get back my original hair line which i never expected. My sincere suggestion to whoever visiting these cosmetology clinics...please make sure they have a experienced dermatologist there. Thanks to Dr. Neelakanta sir for taking up the repair transplant even though it was a challenging one.
