Visited Dr Naveen for ear infection. He is very meticulous and listened to my issues patiently. He explained to me clearly the reason for the infection and gave prescription. He is the best ENT specialist I have ever come across. I had cerumen impaction and I was very apprehensive about the microsuction procedure. But the Doctor explained very compassionately about the procedure and also he was very empathetic towards me. He removed the cerumen by microsuction in a very gentle and a completely painless way.
