Like other negative comments mentioned, one of the bad customer service unit. Except few members the rest act as if they are the one stamping the visa for UAE, Saudi and so on. They don't understand most of the people coming their have already had experience working abroad and seen the world more than the staff there. I should mention the male attender of X ray... arrogance at the higher level, he must be having the monthly salary which a candidate is paying their as medical fees. And in the reception Mr Ratheesh... who teaches things as if he is the final authority for Visa. The owner of the place should make their employees understand that it's just a formal medical examination, and doesn't have any value once reaching abroad as they will do their own medical for stamping. Let's keep the foot on the ground and respect everyone coming there.

Very bad experience from the staff. Worst centre. They don't know how to behave with the clients. They are insulting clients in front of others. This is not the only medical in TVM, they should have understand that. First of all the staff should learn how to behave with the clients. If you have any other options don't go to this centre.

Worst customer support team . Only thing they are bothering is money. Never ever visit this place. They have no knowlege about the process and requirement of documents regarding to get a medical certificate. The manager is talking like a Gunda .hospitality is worst ever. If we ask about their carelessness they threatened us and say u will never get a medical certificate again and u cannot go to abroad . So pathetic people. My rating is -100 ( very poor )
