My experience in Namrata hospital was drastic, from registration to optical service was not up to the mark even missing documents and misleading with patient information done by patient service. Quality compormised service given to patient.

I don't agree with the patient's review, I was present in the hospital and my token no was behind him, he came at 1:30 and was impatient right from beginning. When I told him that to wait he shouted at me. This hospital is a blessing for all of us (Un divided Koraput district). I'm a old man but I waited patiently, but there are people who can't wait.

Very Tough To Get an Appointment , On Any Given Day ( I Have Tried Twice ), You can't Get an Appointment, Simply They say Today's Tokens are Done and Afternoon OT is Scheduled. Given if The Patient wants to have a Consultation on the given day. We need to Seek appointment Many a Days Prior. Need To Plan Accordingly.
