Doctor is very good but reception staff is very bad. Bad behaviour and egoistic ladies. Only because of those staff's i don't wish to come back again to this place . It is very useless to book ticket over phone. One they don't answer phone . Even though we book ticket they allow only people to enter only according to their whish. Today i waited 3 hours with my sick daughter and pregnant wife in hospital till 11 night to see doctor. And the staff let the people enter to watch doctor who's number comes after ours. Very egoistic staff and that creates negative atmosphere.
Good doctor but very bad behavior from staff's. Especially receptionist. Bad attitude towards people. After 4 visit's same experience from staff. It may you think weather you need to visit again or not?

Pathetic experience from all the staffs and very bad bad attitude. They don't know how to behave professionally and how to behave towards others and no medicine bills nothing...They think like they are giving free service to the society. Booking appointment is only in paper not in reality and even we say we booked and you said to come this time.. They don't look at paper which shows the name of the people who booked.When we asked when we can see the doctor they will say in another 30 minutes... the 30 minutes will go up to 4 hour.. If you don't have any option then go there otherwise find some other place. The local guides who reviewed here is themself or some paid people. there is no option to give 0 so giving 1 star..really really pathetic..
Great initiative by Dr najeeb to organize free covid camp for children under 8 years at little tolins school,kalady. It's great relief for parents like us to consult you today. I'm worried about my son who's having very high fever and vomiting and very tired for the last 2 days after testing positive for covid .We also received free medicines.After flood relief free medical camp for one year (2018-2019)which helped us a lot,we are happy that this camp started. God bless you for this dedication.
The best pediatrician I have visited with my children.His diagnosing power is very good.Doctor is very polite also.The doctor do not prescribe any unnecessary medicine or lab test.Staffs r also good.
