Took my mother for eye checkup to Dr.Biju, we really liked the way the Doctor examined and explained the present conditions of the eyes in a simple way. Also the staffs were very pleasant and helpful. Had a good experience overall.
I had taken my 75-year-old mother, affected by cataracts in both eyes, to Dr. N. S. D. Raju's eye hospital for treatment. My mother received excellent care and service throughout the surgery and consultation. The staff was very helpful and kind. One of best doctor... Known him since many years... Our whole family goes there only for any concerns .. Dr. Biju has done latest techniques to do the treatments.. This is a very pocket friendly place. All of them are very humble and nice to every patient.... They have connected with labs to make our testing is at ease. Front office staff who don't know how to treat or behave towards neither towards the patients nor bystander her attitude spoil all the good impression gained during the treatment ..she should first get trained how to behave as a front office staff ..this is my frequent experience whenever I been to the hospital with my father and I can literally seen her attitude towards other patients too ...
Have been checking my eyes regularly since I was a child. Doctors are good service is good, but the receptionist has no chill. She just has a very rude face and replies to basic queries with so much attitude. Once I called and she attended the call and cut it just like that while I was asking something. My mother had faced a similar situation a month back.
Friendly staffs and doctors. We consulted Dr. Raju for my grandmother's cataract surgery and it was done smoothly. It is a very nice hospital for any eye related issues. Doctors are not prescribing medicines unless it is necessary..
Very bad. Dr.Biju is examining the eye by pressing the eye rudely. Only motive is to get money from patient's pocket.
