Overall the infrastructure and parking space is good. Security behavior is the worst, security personnel behave very badly with the patients. And there is no seating arrangement for the people who come with Dardi, hence people are found sitting on the floor. Proper system of first come first serve is also not implemented. Due to lack of implementation of the system, patients coming first do not get first priority. They have to give tokens to the patients so that the patients can relax and take their seats without any worries. The doctor staff is good but the behavior of some nursing staff also seemed wrong to me. Whoever has made the arrangements is praiseworthy but there is some shortcoming in the management.Not happy with this rude behavior and system.

You can get free treatment here and sometimes in your affordable budget... doctors and staff is good and cooperative... facilities are good

I am totally disappointed with Service And All Staff, Staff behaviour was very rood and disrespective...they are treated very badly and housekeeping staff is to bad. Management system is very bad. No body can give proper answer. All staff have rood behaviour and attitude..... Totally bad experience I have.... Only and only. Medicine are to good...

Dr is good but other services like wheelchair nd lift has nt available in hospital for older... and i have never come in this hospital again becoz of staff manner to how to treat patients.. they say me Etlu j e hoy tamne to Biji jagyae batyi devanu ahiya nai avanu mafat ma .. this i was face in your report room 70 number room. Ur staff .. nd i mention that person.. 1st of all that 1 guy who wear white cap nd that lady in blue dress in security

all Nursing staff & DD Staff Behaviour are rude..so no word no maners & girl staff are very bad & no limits & no serious work room no 406 all girls staff are very bad person nd hospital cleaning & hygiene not proper in all areas...so remove all staff new hire educated staff..

Hospital with all the facilities. But staff is rude especially nurses. Doctor should explain the situation to the patient.

I lost my grandpa because of this hospital. We called them because my grandpa was unable to breathe and they agreed. But when we reached there , my grandpa had already lost his breath , they could've given him CPR and saved him but they didn't . I am going to file a case against this hospital. You should be ashamed to call yourself professionals. This anger in me and our family will sink Dr nd Desai hospital.I myself asa a teenager want to ask the prime minister instead of making alliances with other countries he should work on the infrastructure and working of private hospitals, beacuse today it is us who lost our grandpa tomoyit could be anyone , and by anyone I mean it could also be the cm of Gujarat , and I don't think that this so called hospital would deny to help that person. I request the pm of india to punish the faculty of this hospital.
