Overall experience has been good as we always got all care and proper treatment at all time . Dr.Gugan is amazing and gave a lot of confidence and had a very positive attitude and even if there were any ups and downs he would handle the situation so well and would never let us panic. The services rendered by the staff in the hospital was amazing especially Renuga mam who is friendly in nature and very kind with the patients.

Nurses provided exceptional care, ensuring a high level of comfort and well-being. Patient's information has been effectively communicated by doctors, and the delivery charges are reasonably priced to ensure comfort for all.The environment was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Mr Ramesh referred me to Dr Muthu's Hospital for my mother TKR operation 21st September 2023. In this Hospital, -Fee Was Very low compared to other hospital. -Cheif Doctor Dr Muthu was very humble and very experienced -Nurse were helpful with immediate response Now Mom was walking without any pain and any support. I would suggest the people to look for alternative hospital as the system to get attention is poor. 1. Scan machine not working for 5+hrs and not allowing to go to another hospital. 2. Patients gets neglected most of the times as there is one duty who is supposed to handle all the patients. 3. Reception is only to get money from us and not to know what's happening. 4. Sisters also didn't respond or didn't have any update. 5. Huge crowd allowed inside the Treatment room should be limited to 1 assistant per patient. The 2 star is given only for the right treatment given by Doctors. Appreciate them for handling huge number of patients. There is a large room for improvements. I am sure the management will take the action soon.
