My age is 38 and I was 144kgs with other health issues like bp and Type 2 diabetes. I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery on 17th August 2023. Starting with pre-op diet from 12th Aug till today (28th August) I have already lost 10kgs and counting. I am really glad i went ahead with this surgery. I was hesitant at first. But Dr. Muffi and team made this very easy for me. It takes a max of 2 days to adjust depending on individual. Its been 11 days today and i am doing everything just normally.
